Terms of Use

Access to and use of the website www.coromontiverdi.com (the "Site") constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Use. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the Site.

Coro Monti Verdi APS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with the date of revision and take effect on publication.

The Site is purely informational and describes the activities of the association Coro Monti Verdi APS, a Third Sector entity based in Tirano (SO), Italy.

The Site offers no commercial services, sells no products and handles no financial transactions of any kind. Information on concerts and events is provided for guidance only; the association does not guarantee that it is complete or up to date at all times.

The repertoire of Coro Monti Verdi APS includes works of various kinds: traditional folk songs, contemporary compositions by known authors and international works. Copyright in each song belongs to its authors and composers and is administered by the relevant collecting societies. The Choir claims no rights in the works it performs.

Coro Monti Verdi APS holds the related rights ("diritti connessi") in its own performances and recordings under Articles 80 et seq. of Italian Law 633/1941: audio and video recordings of the Choir's performances are protected as the ensemble's own interpretations, whatever the status of the works performed.

The photographs, logos and graphic materials on the Site belong to Coro Monti Verdi APS or to their respective authors.

Permitted:

• Sharing links to pages of the Site, and embedding audio and video content already publicly available on the Choir's official channels (YouTube, Spotify, etc.), with the source acknowledged
• Reproducing and distributing such content for non-commercial purposes, including on social networks, provided that Coro Monti Verdi APS is always credited as the performer

Not permitted:

• Using the Choir's recordings or materials for commercial purposes, or to promote third parties, without the written authorisation of Coro Monti Verdi APS
• Removing or altering copyright or attribution notices on the materials

Users undertake to use the Site lawfully, properly and respectfully, and to refrain from any conduct that may harm Coro Monti Verdi APS, other users or third parties.

The following are expressly prohibited:

• Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site's systems
• The use of automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data from the Site without authorisation
• Any conduct that may compromise the operation or security of the Site

Coro Monti Verdi APS reserves the right to block access for users who breach these terms.

The Site links to, or embeds, the following third-party services:

• YouTube videos: some pages embed videos via the YouTube (Google LLC) platform, in privacy-enhanced mode, loading only on request. Viewing these videos is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
• Music streaming platforms: links to Spotify, Apple Music and similar platforms take the user to external services, which are subject to their own terms and conditions.
• Calendar widget: the "Add to calendar" feature works solely on the user's device or through their personal calendar service.
• Social networks: links to Facebook and Instagram lead to external pages operated by Meta Platforms Inc., which are subject to Meta's own terms of service.

Links to third-party sites and services do not imply that Coro Monti Verdi APS endorses, controls or accepts responsibility for their content, practices or policies.

The content of the Site is provided for information only and "as is", without any warranty as to its completeness, accuracy or currency.

Coro Monti Verdi APS shall not be liable for:

• any interruption or malfunction of the Site due to technical causes or force majeure;
• any damage arising from the use of the Site's content or of third-party services accessed through links;
• changes to the dates, times or venues of events published on the Site.

The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on this site, drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law.

The Court of Sondrio shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning the interpretation or performance of these terms.
